Cornell Summer Research and Leadership Program
Background: I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I attended California State University Northridge where I obtained a B.A. in Biology and contributed to research with Drosophila melanogaster. During my first year of veterinary school at Cornell I became interested in the academic/research aspect of veterinary medicine, with focus on immunology and pathology. Interests: I enjoy working out, watching funny movies, gardening and going grocery shopping. Career Goal: I plan to pursue a career that combines small animal medicine, academia and research. |
