Cornell Summer Research and Leadership Program
Background: I was born and raised in Minnesota, where I attended the University of Minnesota's College of Biological Sciences. I received a B.S. in Biology. Following graduation, I worked at a local small animal hospital until my acceptance at the University of Minnesota's College of Veterinary Medicine. I am currently finishing my first year in the DVM program. Interests: I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, watching movies, reading, and fishing. Career Goal: I am currently open to the many career opportunities available. However, I am sure my future will involve research and academia in some way or another. My main interests involve infectious diseases, public health, cancer research, and small animal reproduction. |
