DVM Graduate Studies The College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) at Cornell University is committed to providing educational opportunities to DVM graduate students who wish to pursue advanced studies leading to the PhD degree. Training is offered through the Graduate Fields that are located primarily in the CVM, including: Comparative Biomedical Sciences, Immunology, Pharmacology, Molecular and Integrative Physiology, and Zoology. The opportunities for research span the spectrum of the biomedical sciences; however, areas of special strength include cancer biology, medical genetics, infectious diseases and reproductive studies. Cornell offers a unique environment for graduate studies, as it combines the strengths of a research-oriented veterinary college with nationally recognized basic research programs in the physical sciences, engineering, and life sciences. The College's new Veterinary Medical Center and state-of-the-art research facilities are among the finest in the world.

For the Fields of Comparative Biomedical Sciences, Immunology, Pharmacology, and Molecular and Integrative Physiology, the deadline is December 15.
