e-SHOP,
Cornell University's on-line Procurement Marketplace where you can shop with preferred suppliers at discounted prices and special terms and conditions for Cornell shoppers, is now available to all Vet College shoppers. e-SHOP has the convenience of online 24/7 access. (more information on website: www.purchasing.cornell.edu/eshop.cfm )
If you already have had training and are a current user in e-SHOP, NO action is required on your part.
If not, in order to get activated in e-SHOP, the following steps are required on your part:
- Register for a 1 hr Webex training session that meets your schedule (scheduled for Nov 26, Nov 27 and Nov 28 at 9 am)
Enter "e-SHOP" in the search field (the hyphen is required) to bring up a list of all the scheduled sessions.
Select one of the sessions called " e-SHOP new user training", click on the "Register" link and enter the required information, (your First Name, Last Name & Email Address)
Click on the REGISTER button
You will receive a confirmation email message that contains the meeting password and instructions for joining the meeting.
If you cannot attend any of the sessions, you may access a recording of the session after Nov 28.
- Take a short online test to confirm understanding of the basics of e-SHOP and specifically the P card usage requirements.
Your account will be activated in e-SHOP within 2 business days of submitting the test with a 80% score. You will receive two separate e-mails for userID and password and login instructions.

Obtaining a PCard:
- Supervisor requests application for applicant from ASC, upon completion requests approval from the Director of the ASC.
- Upon approval applicant will complete tutorial, ASC training with Account Representative, pass the online PCard Tutorial Quiz, Sign "Cardholder Agreement" and send the completed application to Credit Card Programs.
- Applicant will receive the PCard via US Mail.
