GPSAFC Budgets
Yearly budget packets can be picked up and dropped off in the CVM Office of Student and Academic Services for the next academic year. This usually occurs in April of each year.
When submitting any type of payment/reimbursement a flier is required. If your organization wants to be reimbursed by GPSAFC the flier must say "Sponsored by GPSAFC".
Wegmans Card Available
- Wegmans (purchasing card can be signed out in S3-007, via Shawna Lindsay)
If you would like to order food for an event please contact Shawna Lindsay SKL26 or call 253-3722.
Required information when purchasing for your organization:
- Original receipt
- Flier
- Reimbursement Form filled out and signed by the Organization's current treasurer
*Before paying out of pocket for expenses, come see us for a Tax Exempt form in Schurman Hall S3-007.
