Department Support Contact Procedures
- E-mail your department's mailbox below for IT support requests, instead of directly contacting an IT support provider by email or phone.
- E-mailing to generic mailbox goes to the primary support provider for a department, as well as designated back-up IT support.
- The e-mail also generates a ticket in the helpdesk system.
- If an email can't be sent or for an emergency, call 3-3606 and the IT support provider will be called via cell phone.
- IT support providers have Treos to check e-mail at frequent intervals for new tickets.
