CIT's Communication FAQ

  1. My speaker button is flashing, what do I do? Press the shift key and then the speaker button. Your phone should reset in a few seconds.
  2. Contact Kim Salino, 3-3760, kas19 for the following type problems:
    • I don't have a dial tone.
    • My phone line has a lot of static on it.
    • I can hear the other person on the line but they can't hear me.
    • The test button is flickering.
    • How do I change the name on my display?
    • I forgot my audix password/got locked out of audix.
    • I can't pick up another phone in my office.
