Our Vision is to become the University's benchmark human resource operation as resident experts in all matters related to recruitment, retention, employee relations, and career/professional development of our staff and faculty. We strive to be essential strategic partners to our Deans and Department Chairs in defining and fulfilling every aspect of their core mission(s); to serve as a partner and advocate to staff and faculty in achieving a dynamic and diverse workplace which respects each member of our College, and to foster an inclusive sense of community. As a service department, our College community should view our office as customer-focused and knowledgeable in all human resource and payroll matters, as well as responsive to supervisory and employee concerns.
