PHASEOLUS VULGARIS BEAN POISONING IN PIGS
 
Description    Without proper heat-treatment inclusion of seeds of the legume PHASEOLUS VULGARIS in diets for pigs can lead to signs of digestive disturbances and sometimes death. These beans might reduce the digestive and absorptive capacity of the intestinal mucosa.
