BOX, BUXUS, POISONING IN RUMINANTS AND HORSES
 
Description    Box, genus BUXUS, are evergreen shrubs used as hedge plants. Livestock exposed to trimmings might eat them and develop clinical signs.

Signs   Ataxia, Colic, Coma, Dehydration, Diarrhea, Dullness, Dysmetria, Generalized weakness, Seizures or syncope, Sudden death, Vomiting or regurgitation
