Cornell is hosting the 2011 Meeting of the AAVA in beautiful Ithaca, NY. Please join us to learn about exciting research in the field of veterinary anatomy and for riveting discussions about teaching the anatomical sciences in the veterinary curriculum.
Schedule (subject to change depending on presentation submissions)
The deadline for abstracts is July 15th. Please email abstracts to the Office of Continuing Education (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the following format:
Title (not to exceed 60 characters, no unusual characters):
Address of presenting Author:
Body of Abstract (not to exceed 600 words):
For the Abstract, please use Microsoft Word or create a rich text file (.rtf) in other word processors. If you include graphs or images, make these TIF or JPG files formatted at 300 dpi, in addition to embedding the image/graph into your report. We ask for images and graphs to be sent as separate files in case the embedded images don't arrive in good condition. We'll work on having one abstract per page, so you are welcome to design a one page document that fits on an 8.5 X 11" page with one inch margins all around. The top line in bold will be the title. The second line identifies the authors with the presenting author's name appearing in bold. Third, and if necessary, fourth lines are for authors' addresses. Please include an e-mail address for at least one contact person within the address lines. The body of the text should begin as a separate paragraph after leaving a blank line. Use 12 point Times Roman throughout.
