Shawna’s Boston Terrier, Riley, was treated by CUHA’s Emergency and Internal Medicine services

Riley, a Boston Terrier

"My student & doctor always made sure my questions were answered and never made me feel rushed. I'm not sure I can put into words what it means to a pet owner, how much it truly means, to have the student and doctor so interested in my pet, the compassion shown is worth more than I can say. The students only being assigned to one case at a time is wonderful, my dog befriended the student and at times seemed more happy to see her than me! :-)

"I just wanted to let you know Riley is doing excellent and completely back to his normal crazy self. I really really appreciate all the care and attention provided to Riley's case and him! I know he became very attached to Sara (the student) and that means so much to me. I cannot express what it means as a devoted pet owner to know that their "child" is in such capable hands, not only being cared for but loved as well. Thank you so much!"
