Sally Ness is an internal medicine specialist at Cornell's Equine and Farm Animal Hospital. She grew up on the rural Oregon coast and attended Oregon State University, where she achieved an undergraduate degree in Biology and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. She completed an internship at Littleton Equine Medical Center in Colorado after graduation and then returned to Oregon to practice large animal medicine in her hometown. She later returned to academia for a residency in large animal internal medicine at Cornell University, and was inducted as a diplomat of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in 2013. He interests are equine and bovine neonatology, infectious disease, equine colic, and dairy cow medicine.
