Cornell faculty consult at the racetrack. Referring veterinarians from the track can continue to monitor their patients - they have password-protected access to all their patients' medical records from the Cornell Equine Hospital, including lab work, surgery reports, and radiology reports. After examining this horses' upper airway I then explain the use and adjustment of the Cornell Collar, which will help this horse by preventing his soft palette from displacing during exercise.
