The Core facility uses the following software packages, which are also availible for loan. The rate for loaned software is 3days for $20.
Software avalible:
BDFACSDiva- The standard data aquisition and analysis software package.Software used to aquire data on both the LSRII and FACSAria. The software can be installed only on the PC platform.Requires the use a USB security dongle.
TreeStar's FLOJO- A standard data analysis software package. The software can be installed only on both PC and Mac platforms. Requires the use a USB security dongle.
BD cellQuest Pro- aquisistion and analysis of FCS 2.0(nondigital-calibur) data . The software can be installed only on the Mac platform only. Requires the use a USB security dongle.
Verity ModFit LT- Cell Cycle analysis of FCS 2.0(nondigital-calibur) data . The software is compatible with both Mac and PC platforms. Inquire for use.
Free Software:
Joe Trotters WinMDI- Analysis of FCS 2.0(nondigital-calibur) data . The software is compatible with windows95/98/NT4 platform. Inquire for use.
Flow Explorer Analysis of FCS 2.0 or 3.0 data.. The software can be installed only on the PC platform only.
