- Online: Use the University's secure website. Next to "other gift designation", write, "CVM Archives".
- By Mail: Please make checks payable to Cornell University. Include "CVM Archives #415-3705" on the memo line and send to: The Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, PO Box 728, Ithaca, NY 14851.
- By Credit Card: To charge your gift using Visa, MasterCard or American Express, call 1-607-253-3745. Be sure to indicate the CVM Archives, #415-3705.
