Cornell Summer Research and Leadership Program
Background: I was born in New York City, and grew up on Long Island. I attended Malverne High School and Stony Brook University where I received my bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. I worked on a project studying Pfiesteria piscicida, a toxic dinoflagellate, at Avery Point, UCONN. I also worked with a group studying Mycobacterium tuberculosis at Cornell Medical School.
