Cornell Field of Pharmacology
Preliminary Application Form
The Cornell Field of Pharmacology is pleased to learn of your interest in graduate study. However, because we cannot accept and support all of our excellent applicants, we ask that you fill out this preliminary application as an initial step in the application process. If we determine that you are competitive and if we have professors in the area of your interest who can accept an additional student, then we will send you a formal application, at which time an application fee will be required. If your academic record is strong (you should be in the upper 10% of your class), please complete this preliminary application form. Your reply will be carefully considered and we will let you know whether you should make formal application for admission to Cornell. Please be aware that only a small percentage of those receiving formal applications will be admitted for graduate study, and that the results of the Graduate Record Exam and, if applicable, proof of English proficiency (minimum TOEFL score of 550) are essential requirements. If you would prefer to receive a preliminary application form by mail, please request a form by

(include your name, address, and phone number).
