The Immunology Meeting for Graduate Students - Northeast Region is uniquely designed for graduate students in immunology, by graduate students in immunology, following the example of the WCI (Western Conference in Immunology) in California.
This year we will hold the 2nd annual graduate student gathering, on the campus of Cornell University, in the beautiful Fingerlakes region.
The purpose of this meeting is multiple:
Provides an opportunity for graduate students in immunology to interact with each other. Offers a relaxed atmosphere for students to share their research. Provides an open forum of scientific presentations in all areas of immunology : developmental, pathological, reproductive, signal transduction, etc.
In brief, the purpose of the IMGS is to open the door for more communication between immunology students of northeastern institutions, independently of their area of research.
We sincerely hope to see you here in September !
The IMGS Organization Committee.
