If you are having difficulty with the log in at an off-Cornell site location, type the following for the User Name: "CORNELL\enter your Net ID" and then your password. If a log in attempt is made several times, the account could then become locked. Wait 15-20 minutes before trying the system again. At that time, the system should be unlocked.
