The overall goal of the project is to enhance the International Livestock Research Institute's capability to undertake food safety and risk analysis research by providing backstopping in quantitative epidemiology to ILRI's current research activities in this area, guiding the development of appropriate methodologies for applying risk analysis in the developing country context, and developing related collaborative research projects.
