In conjunction with Cornell University's Cooperative Extension, the State of New York, and other federal and private organizations, Veterinary Medicine Extension provides its constituencies with sound and informative knowledge relating to its profession, agriculture, and human health.
Faculty and extension staff facilitate outreach programs for the community and State of New York, conduct research, and perform services involving disease prevention, production quality control, food and farm safety and animal well-being.
