Equine veterinary medicine presents many challenges because of the size and athleticism of our patients. Therefore, examination requires creative thinking in order to get the best diagnostic and prognostic information. Endoscopy allows us to view multiple regions of the horse and provides us an ‘up close’ look. The Cornell Hospital for Animals has recently re-invested in equipment that improves these abilities. Multiple examples will be shown of the utility of this technology.
