Research Interest
During my studies and work experiences in biotechnology and life sciences, I developed a keen interest in molecular diagnostics for diseases with impact on animal health and welfare.
My primary research focus is on Molecular Diagnostics applied to milk quality and dairy herd health issues associated with bovine mastitis.
I am interested in the development and validation of molecular based assays for the detection and characterization of microbial pathogens in milk, for the diagnosis of mastitis and for conducting epidemiological investigations.
