Hospital celebrates veterinary technicians and staff

Veterinary technicians and staff at the Cornell University Hospital for Animals are critical to the day-to-day function of veterinary practices, and play vital roles in preserving animal health and welfare.

This week provides an opportunity to recognize veterinary technician and staff contributions.

The Cornell University Hospital for Animals has a team of 160 veterinary technicians and 120 staff. Each individual contributes to the overall success of our patient care, whether its through their excellent skills in physical exams, restraints, injections and in-house diagnostics, or through surgical prep and assistance, imaging orientation and acquisition, nursing care, scheduling, client support, cleaning, records, pharmacy, medical records and much more.

Thank you to our talented technicians and staff for your dedication to compassionate, quality care, 365 days a year!
