Spring Into Wellbeing Challenge

Register Here! Registration opens March 21 and continues on a rolling basis. This is a 4-week challenge open to Cornell staff, faculty, students, retirees, spouses, and partners that focuses on the 8 dimensions of Wellbeing: Social, Occupational, Physical, Spiritual, Environmental, Financial, Emotional, and Intellectual. This challenge is brought to you by Cornell Recreational Services and Cornell Wellness. Participants will "report in" weekly, and those successfully completing all four weeks of challenges will be entered into a drawing for two grand prize package giveaways (approximate value $100 each) at the end of the contest. Additionally, 4 weekly prize winners and pop-up prize winners will be drawn each week and will receive giveaways (approximate value $1-$20 each).
