2020 Fred Scott Feline Symposium
Updates about the 2020 Fred Scott Feline Symposium
The current COVID-19 crisis has forced us all to adopt new ways of doing things, and the Cornell Feline Health Center is no exception.
We have become well-known for our educational offerings to veterinary professionals, and perhaps paramount among these offerings is our Fred Scott Feline Symposium, which is hosted annually here at the College in beautiful Ithaca, New York. With internationally recognized experts providing up-to-date information on a variety of important issues in feline health in an intimate and unique setting, this conference is a tour-de-force in veterinary education.
Unfortunately, we cannot host the Symposium live at the College this year due to the social distancing that COVID-19 has made necessary, but this does not mean that we cannot continue to provide top notch education to veterinary professionals interested in feline medicine.
We are very excited to announce the 2020 Virtual Fred Scott Feline Symposium, to be held July 31st – August 2nd, 2020. This interactive conference will provide updates on a number of feline-focused topics, including oncology, hyperthyroidism, emergency and critical care, anesthesia, and the use of CBD in feline patients. Attendance will provide 13 hours of approved CE credits, and digital proceedings will be e-mailed to all participants.
Please consider joining us as we continue to educate ourselves during this unique crisis. We are here for you, and we continue to pursue our mission of a better world for all cats.
REGISTRATION is now open. And this year we are thrilled to be able to invite DVM students to attend our virtual conference for FREE! We hope you can join us.
