Need to decompress? Take 30 minutes to pause and reset with Let’s Meditate! Join Simone Christian for a monthly midday sound bath meditation at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Wellbeing Room (S1-017).

Directions: Enter through the main, big, glass doors that are part of the Tower Road entrance. The Wellbeing Room is just past the library, on the righthand side, immediately after the restrooms.

These sound bath sessions feature Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, percussion, and wind instruments. Blankets, yoga mats and eye masks provided. This beginner-friendly session is open to all....
