The Department of Clinical Sciences (DCS) is requesting funding for the purchase of a Discover Echo Revolve
fluorescence microscope system for the DCS Innovation Lab. The Innovation Lab serves as a centralized
research resource for DCS and CVM faculty, providing equipment access, technical support, and research
infrastructure to investigators within the Department and the College more broadly. The Innovation Lab’s
mission is to support and enable high-quality clinical, translational, and molecular research across the College.
It achieves this by reducing barriers to access, providing skills, expertise and equipment to the community, and
maximizing shared-use efficiency.
