In this planning project we propose developing a comprehensive strategic plan and the formation of an executive management team for developing the AI4Ag living lab. Specifically, we propose to develop AI4Ag, an AI-Ready living lab at the existing Cornell Agricultural Systems Testbed (CAST) for the Farm of the Future (FotF). CAST is a testbed and demonstration site with infrastructure and personnel that allows Cornell and its partners to conduct data-driven research, extension, and education under the aegis of the Cornell Institute for Digital Agriculture (CIDA).
