DESCRIPTION (provided by applicant):

This clinical trial evaluates the impacts of a new dietary supplement, a yeast-derived postbiotic, on systemic and local gastrointestinal immunity in client-owned dogs. The postbiotic is intended to promote greater immune health and disease resistance through induction of trained innate immunity. The study will utilize a number of different qualitative and quantitative measures to gauge the impact of the oral postbiotic on healthy dogs and dogs with chronic enteropathy.
