Research Interest
My research is in the epidemiology and public health of infectious and foodborne diseases. Depending on the question, research in my computer laboratory may involve a variety of epidemiologic approaches, including mathematical modeling of infectious diseases, spatial analyses of landscape and weather data, statistical modeling, risk assessments and design of observational studies and controlled trials.
