AHDC Update: Submission forms moving to client portal Dec. 1
For clients of the Animal Health Diagnostic Center
The web location of all submission forms to the Animal Health Diagnostic Center (AHDC) is changing. Effective Dec. 1, these will be found within the client portal. Moving these materials to the portal supports the AHDC’s quality management system and ensures that only registered clients are submitting forms.
After Dec. 1, to print and mail a submission form, clients may log in to their account, navigate to the Orders box, click Create Order and select the Legacy PDF Forms link.
The portal is a one-stop shop for all AHDC submission needs. Whenever possible, clients are encouraged to try the AHDC general online ordering system as well as its quick-order forms that cover many of the most commonly-requested tests. To do this, log in to the portal, navigate to Create Order and explore the options available.
