Staff Well-being

On the left, a gloved person handles a sample; on the right, two female staff members laugh at an event at CVM

As staff at CVM, you are often pulled in a thousand directions. You keep our programs running, you interface with students and clients and vendors, you run tests and shepherd paperwork, you budget, write, arrange, host events, keep the facilities running, manage whole offices and warehouses - sometimes all at one time. We know that demands on staff can make for a fast-past work environment and unique pressure. Please explore the resources below, as well as our recordings and upcoming well-being events. As always, if you have any suggestions or questions, please reach out to the CVM Well-being Committee at CVMWellbeing@cornell.edu.
