How to request a visit from Cornell Companions

In addition to facility visits which occur regularly, Cornell Companions volunteers fill a large number of requests for ad hoc or special visits from groups at Cornell University, Ithaca College and other groups within the greater Ithaca area.

If you would like to request a special visit please review our Mission and Goals section before contacting ccompanions@cornell.edu for the form to schedule the visit.

Please know that at exam time we receive a lot of requests for destress visits. Priority is given to requests from libraries and departments, etc, rather than houses.

Visits are usually for about 1 hour, and should be scheduled to finish by about 8 pm.

We usually require at least 6 weeks lead time to schedule a special visit, though for around exam time the early you contact us the better your chance of getting your desired date.

Scheduling will only take place when a completed application form has been received by the director.
