Overview: From December 2025-February 2026 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement held the “largest immigration enforcement operation ever carried out.” During the operation, nearly 4,000 people were arrested, and two Americans were killed. The operation included militarized tactics, including violence and surveillance, towards residents and protestors.
