May is Mental Health Awareness month, and in recognition, Cornell Wellness has organized a free, “Give Your Brain A Break” series of mental health related activities.
All are welcome to participate; no membership is required.

- A NYS Parks Empire Pass.
Director's pick of the month:
- Neurodiversity Ambassadors: Join the efforts toward increasing inclusion and acceptance of neurodiversity across the university. Inclusive and virtual Friday meetings are an opportunity to connect with peers to share experiences, resources, tools, and strategies. Email neurodiversity@cornell.edu to join and for more information.
- Mindful Botany Walks start this week: Meet at the Cornell Botanic Gardens Nevin Welcome Center at noon to explore various paths and gardens, practice mindfulness by dedicating your attention to the present moment and fully observing and appreciating the surprising richness of nature. Botanic Gardens staff will offer Mindful Botany Walks monthly through October.
