A History of Cornell Vet (pre-recorded)

 Corey Ryan Earle '07 is the unofficial university historian and teaches the popular undergraduate course, AMST 2001: The First American University, on Cornell history.  Corey discusses the College of Veterinary Medicine's humble beginnings and pioneering history of innovation and achievement. He'll offer fun facts, trivia, traditions and photos about Cornell Vet.

 This experience goes beyond a traditional talk -- offering interactive elements that invite you to think about, participate, and connect with the science that shapes the future of animal care.  Whether you're passionate about animals, curious about research, or eager for a thought-provoking time, this event promises to inform and inspire.  Please note, while there is no age restriction, this event is designed with adults in mind and young 
attendees may find the content less engaging.

Walking Tour with Dan Lopez '12, D.V.M. '16: Former Veterinary College Buildings on Central Campus
 Meet at Lefty's Plaza (entrance doors) at 10:55 a.m.
 Dr. Lopez, Assistant Clinical Professor, Small Animal Surgery, will offer a tour of spaces and buildings on central campus that were part of the first Veterinary College at Cornell.  Wear your walking shoes, bring your water bottle, and enjoy this trip down CVM memory lane where you'll see the first veterinary and dairy buildings, the previous small animal clinic building, the farriery, and more.

State of the University Address
 On March 21, 2025, Dr. Mike Kotlikoff was named Cornell's 15th president. He served as interim president for 
eight months and 25 years on Cornell's faculty.  He arrived at Cornell in 2000, was named dean of Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007, and became university provost in 2015.

 Enjoy events on the Arts Quad for youth of all ages—including appearances by Touchdown the Bear and the Big Red Band, demonstrations by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, a photo booth, ice cream, games, and much more! This event is open to all registered Reunion 2025 attendees and members of the Cornell community. Sponsored by the classes of '15, '10, '05, '00, and '95.
This fun-filled, family-friendly carnival on Saturday afternoon for all to enjoy. No fee for this event, but be sure to wear your reunion button.
