The AHDC now offers an Avian Respiratory Panel, which includes PCR assays to detect avian infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), avian influenza virus (AIV), avian paramyxovirus 1 (APMV-1), and infectious laryngotracheitis virus (ILTV). Samples should be collected according to USDA guidelines. Results are provided by the next business day.
