2024 CAREER CONNECTIONS EVENT 

Takoda's Run Atrium, College of Veterinary Medicine

Recruiting organizations will be set up in booths throughout the atrium and students will have the opportunity to visit each booth.  As you connect with students, you may set up a time to meet during the event on Friday, November 8 from 3:00pm - 8:00pm, on Saturday, November 9 between 8:00am - 5:00pm, or at another time/location that is mutually convenient.  Rooms have been held for interview/in-person discussion purposes both Friday (3pm-8pm) and Saturday (8am-5pm).  These rooms will be clearly marked "for Career Connections Event use only" and will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Participants will be provided with a 6' table for the event. Please note that large banners cannot be accommodated.  Small stand-alone pop-up or table top banners that can easily be put up and taken down are preferable.  There will be space under each table to store pamphlets and other promotional materials if you wish to bring those.

Career Fair style event in the College of Veterinary Medicine’s Takoda's Run Atrium. An opportunity to interact with CVM students, a reception to include wine and hors d’oeuvres, and a chance to reserve a time to connect more formally one-on-one with our students.

If you are a recruiter and would like to attend, please complete the following Registration Form.  Upon approval, we will send a payment link to the email address indicated in the Registration Form.

One-on-one meetings as set by recruiters and students during Friday's event. Tutor Rooms will be reserved for the event and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

2024 Career Connections Registration Rates

For 2 recruiters - includes registration fee, booth, food and drink$225$275
Additional recruiters (maximum 2)$35*$45*

*Fee is for each additional recruiter with a maximum of two additional recruiters.

**If recruiters want to have more than 4 people, then they must book an additional booth at the rate above.
