Check out updated reports on Canine Influenza matrix positives here! This is important for tracing the spread of the disease throughout the United States.

The Baker Institute along with the AHDC has published recent findings about the re-introductions of avian-origin H3N2 Canine Influenza and their phylogenetic relationships in the Journal of Virology. For more information about this study, please see Voorhees et al. 2018.

Influenza Matrix PCR is included in our canine, equine and feline respiratory panels which are ISO/IEC 17025 accredited.
