Aperio ScanScope Unit

Step 1: Training

To obtain training, please fill out the ScanScope New User Form and email it to Marco Hiller (mh2247@cornell.edu).

Step 2: Scheduling

After the initial training session, you will be granted access to the ScanScope calendars. Reserving time for the ScanScopes is mandatory and is done via the Microsoft Outlook Calendar system. This will allow you to check when the units are reserved and make your own appointments. Please note that you must sign-up prior to the time you want to use the ScanScope. If you are not on the calendar and another user has signed up for that time slot, you will be asked to get off the equipment.

ScanScopes can be used during normal the hours of operation, which are Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00-4:00 p.m. Usage outside of these time constraints can be made by appointment.
